Long Exposure for Sony DSC-H5?

How do I perform long exposure on the Sony DSC-H5? I can do it on my cheap Fujifilm camera for up to 15 seconds, but I can't figure out how to do it on my Sony camera...

Anybody ever do this on the DSC-H5?
