Well I have the 2500 w/Unlimited Recieving from Rogers but I doubt that matters, anyways I'm using the TextNow app to send free texts to my friend since I'm over my limit, and it is texting them from Pennsylvania, if they were on Rogers/bell would they be charged for long distance texts? I had an idea that I could text them from the app and they could text back to my real number, would that avoid charges or would they get billed for incoming? (Were from Ontario, Canada)
