I am on the Track and Field team as well as Cross Country team at my school.
I love XC 10 billion more times then T&F but I don't like distance on track. I hate running on a track for 1 or 2 miles, it hurts my shins. I did distance last track season, and hated it. I am doing outdoor and wanted to try sprinting. I don't know if I should just stick with distance or try sprinting. What should I do?
