well i like lomo pictures
&i was wandering if you can make one of these pictures online without downloading anything?
&not using photoshop
if there is please provide a link

Get a big box of Crayola (no other brand will do) Crayons then make your own out of coloring books.

I bet you voted for Obama too.

Lomo Cameras make Lomo images... the ONLY other way is by doing what you don't want to do.

lol i like lomo too! i always use picnik.com, it's the best! it's free and you dont download anything. you just go to the website, click on the "upload photos" button. pick the picture you want to edit and it'll let you use a bunch of effects and stuff. Some of the effects are "premium" that you have to pay for but lomo, and most of the other effects are completely free. hope this helped!
