I'm using Logitech Clear Chat Pro, with Avaya Soft Phone, on Windows Vista.
When in 'normal' computer mode, this headset works properly, but as soon as I run into my Virtual Desk client and use the Avaya Soft Phone, my mute button does not work at all.
4 friends doing the same thing are having the exact same issue, one did reformat her computer and loaded XP and now things work properly, however, since there are a ton of settings that have to be set by my workplace after doing that, they are advising us not to reformat for only this reason.
Does anyone have any experience using this headset with Avaya?
