ok now my keys are in my boot and ive tried the wedge and rod to pull the handle and push the boot release button but isnt working, i now believe the car is deadlocked.
2 years ago same thing, in the same car, i had the rac man come down as i had full cover at the time. from under the car at the front he connected up a machine providing power to the electric windows system so we could then use the wedge and rod to push the electric window button to roll the windows down.
does anyone have any information on this? how its done? i know it can be done but just not sure how it works. please help i aint got money to pay rac 140 quid which they quoted me 2day.

if i were a car thief who wanted to open the window why would i bother to lift the car, go underneath to connect cables, then pry the door open slightly to get my rod in to then push the windo switch to finaly open the window.
Would i not just break the window if i was a car thief???
