Locked keys in car. Help?

I have a 1994 ford f150, so the locks are completely manual. I've spent the past three hours fishing around with a coat hanger inbetween the window and the door and manipulating paper clips to fit into the lock. Any ideas? and no, the tennis ball doesn't look promising. Thank you
