Locked i930

Hi! I have one new i930, it was supposedly unlocked but I have it locked, does anyone knows how to unlock it, when I power it up it ask me for a Subsidy lock, and a enter special code now, what do I need to do.

Its double locked, Which means unless you have a certain program thats not spoken of here, It cant be unlocked. Google "i930 Unlocking", you'll find the program.
