location of starter on 99 Chrysler T&C 3.8L engine?

Where would I find the starter on my 99 Town and Country? I think it is the part (obviously under engine) near center of engine slightly toward drivers side held on by a "harness" you could say that curves up like an L around the part. Am I correct?
