How can we do something about this unconstitutional tax... My mobile aka cell phone service charges me a city tax based on my physical address or area code which has no bearing on my usage hence the word, cellular. In fact, if anything when I'm home is when I use my cellular phone the least. The only way to fairly charge a tax on a mobile phone would be to assess where and how long the phone was used and distribute it accordingly. We are being raped. I pay enough taxes and if the city that I live in deserves money because I have a communication device that works anywhere I go, then the rest of the world should be privy to that too. In fact, they should charge me for breathing the oxygen in the air which would make more sense. HELP!
