Local Importer for Unlocked Phones

I've looked high and low for a local seller for unlocked phones, but have came up empty handed. I live in Cincinnati, Ohio and I was wondering if anyone would happen to know where or, even, if there is one close to me. I am wanting to get a new Nokia, but I am wanting to see it in person before I buy.
 
Is there a Chinatown there?
Typically a city's Chinatown will have such an importer.

Next option is a road trip to Chicago or New York
