If there are 5 people in a local election, all representing parties and then one Die's before the vote what happens, does someone from their party take their place or do their votes just become Void?
Just thought I should add I am not a Candidate looking to bump someone off, just curious, it happened around my are before and the Tory's won who previously had 1/5 of the votes of the Guy who bought the farm!
Does this mean he won by default or he did actually have more votes?
The other guy died after the votes wer in but before they were countd I think, or just before the election either way is this suspicious?
