I need some help
I am trying to by an existing business. The only assets I have is $20 thousand dollars in cash and I have 3 partners. We all have good credit ratting however we have no other assets. I need some help on how to obtain a loan from a bank for an existing business we are looking to buy.
I had the business checked out and its making money and its been open for 5 years. Owner is ill and needs to retire. I need help on how do I go about getting a loan.
