Load a spreadsheet in HTML Page and update dynamically?

I haven't ever heard of Google ZohoSheet, but I do know this: HTML can only structure content. It can't do things like load a spreadsheet, so it's likely that Google ZohoSheet uses a specialised script library (probably JavaScript or a Server-side scripting language), so you should investigate. It's likely that the library is either open-source (so you could edit it) or you could even be able to use the library directly, in which case, it probably has some parameters that you could edit to specify what you want (to just need one spreadsheet for the job).

I have 1 Excel Spreadsheet that is updated daily by a few different people at work (Shift Managers only). They edit the days/shifts people work as we are all contractors. We all open the spreadsheet to see when we are working and at which location. Different tabs(worksheets) within the spreadsheet are all the upcoming months for the remainder of the year.

To Make life easier, I have been asked to create an online version of this. So what I want to do is load this spreadsheet into a HTML page, and when someone edits the actual .xls spreadsheet from the C:\ Drive Folder, it updates the HTML website automatically.

As well as that, I want to load different parts of the spreadsheet into its own seperate pages (as we have colour coded 4 different shift patterns; blue, red, yellow and green shifts). Is that possible to display one part of the spreadsheet only on page by defining something like rows/columns..etc?

If there is an alternative software that would provide this functionality, I would be greatful!

I know that Google ZohoSheet does load excel spreadsheets into HTML pages, but they will create 4 seperate spreadsheets if I want to split them and people dont want to edit lots of different files.
