I have an LLC registered in Delaware. I am planning on starting on an online business to sell software. However, I live in California. Do I still need to register it as a foreign LLC here? The problem is that the law that I could find that is related to it is that the business location should be "physical". I will ask a lawyer, but wanted to find some info here.
