Little to No Coverage

I just recently moved a few towns over and my family and I noticed that we haven't been receiving many calls' e-mails, texts, etc on our phones. We are with T-Mobile, so I went on their site and checked for coverage in our new area. The results were not good. We received the lowest amount of coverage, one up from no coverage. My contract is up in January so I can bear with T-Mobile until then, but my parents just joined T-Mobile this summer. We love T-Mobile, but my mom is missing important calls and texts that were sent hours prior come through in the early hours of the morning. It's gotten a little ridiculous that we can't get service in our new house. Does anyone know if it's possible to get out of a contract with T-Mobile without paying an early cancellation fee? Any help is greatly appreciated!

Most services have some kinda thing where if you move where they don't have coverage AT All you can cancel with out a charge, but it seems like you same SOME coverage and they might still hold you since there is SOme coverage. Get my drift.
