My friend has little bumps on the palm of her hand, they look like little blisters after being in water. What is it? She has no symptoms and they disappear after about an hour of getting out of the water water (shower, dishes, hot tub). After the bumps go away it looks like really dry skin, and still no symptoms, no redness, itchy or pain... and no this is not the usual pruning that happens after being in the water for too long.
