Which financial individuals currently/have been working in Wall Street that you think is just not qualified for the job? In other words, they got there not because of qualification but because they were just lucky in career to be given the opportunity (starting at the lowest entry level but still an entry opportunity), they be given the opportunity to handle tough cases that will add up to their job experience (compared to others who are/were equally dumb as them but deprived of the same opportunity), and throughout the years they get to build their credibility and sooner or later, they hold the top position in the financial world.
