List of the clothing items I'll need for college? please help *10 points*?

Heya - I'm starting college in september and we have to wear casual clothes and I actually have nothing - Could you give me a list of the clothes I will need and how many I have to get?
eg.
10 vest tops
2 pairs of ballet flats etc
