I've had my license for about 7 months now and I am going to be getting a new car soon. My parents gave me a budget of 20k. The only thing is, the car has has to be brand new, so absolutely no used cars. Does anyone know any cars that go for around 20k or up to at most 23k? The nicest one I've found so far are the scion brand cars and the honda fit.
