I call Cricket and I absolutely hate how they ask you to repeat the question 5 or 6 times during the conversation. Then ask you for your information after the second time you ask the question. Only to tell you they can't help you and don't have any good info.
I called a nuraber last month and need to find out what that nuraber is (yes it's girl) and I freaking need that nuraber ASAP. They told me to go into the Cricket store nearest me and ask them for that. I go in and they tell me only corp. stores have that. I go over to the corp. store and they tell me I need a notarized statement of why I need the calls, then have to pay 25 dollars to get the list. After that they will mail me a list with in 30-60 days...
