List of AWS phones

Dose any one have/know what phone can be flashed and workl in a tri-band market( AWS) like Chicago????

It would just be best to look at MetroPCS' phones and Cricket's phones. I would think you'd find most of them there.

I'm not sure how flashing an AWS phone works. I've thought of it before but never found out if anyone has done it.

I know all the cricket phones that are aws( I work for them ) and the metro aws's are the smart phoens and the neo, but I'm trying to see witch phones( US Cell and Verizon) are aws. 2100mhz

I think you want to look for both 1,700 Mhz and 2,100 Mhz. 2,100 Mhz is 3G, if I remeraber correctly.

after checking my device AWS for cricket is CDMA 800/1700/1900 if this helps

Cricket and Metro PCS use the 1700 Mhz band for AWS, others use the 2100 Mhz band like tmobile, and others.

AWS is a set of spectrum at 1710-1755 and 2110-2155 MHz. One is used for uplink the other for downlink. The spectrum is split into 6 different blocks (A-F).

Verizon, Sprint, and US Cellular don't produce AWS phone because they don't have active AWS networks.

T-Mobile are the only one that owns AWS spectrum nationwide in the D-F blocks.

hmmm cuss the kerocya(sorry cant spell lol) neo and some other htc can be flashed over to cricket at the corp stoers and work all good!? im so confused lol
