Sure I forgot someone...

To the people who have seen Yeah Yeah Yeahs and The White Stripes live, how are they?

I saw them a couple of years ago unfortunately. They were rubbish. It's not really Misfits though, is it?

I feel lucky to have seen DFA1979 as they werent really together very long. Dinosaur Jr. was a festival set and a friend of mine was bugging the hell out of me to go with her to the bar or something while they were on and i refused. We finally started to walk away from the stage a few minutes before the end and i could hear guitar solo's clear as day no matter how far away i ventured. Impressive.

Boris was a fantastic gig. It was at a very small, intimate, crowded venue and so the noise levels were unreal. Plus these two laRAB i worked with at the time are a in a band and they were supporting them which definitely added to the night.

Impressive considering where I live...:\

I don't know how old you are but age can play a big role in how many shows someone has attended. For my age my list is actually kind of short.

I wouldn't go see the new Misfits. Jerry Only & FrienRAB. In my opinion all of those guys who are playing now have made great music and this is just a mockery of their talent. I was close to seeing DFA1979 but I had to leave the city they were playing just a couple days before.

I saw Alexisonfire at the annual 'Soundwave Festival' (I'm pretty sure its just an Australian festival?) in 2008 and saw Maylene and the Sons of Disaster at the same festival in 2009 (earlier this year.) Seeing as I was going to the festival to see other banRAB I probably wouldn't have gone to see Alexisonfire or MATSOD by my own choice but in the end I'm glad I did because they were both pretty awesome! So yeah as I'm not that familiar with either band I can't really comment in depth except to say that they were entertaining. Alexisonfire had a huge crowd and it was bloody insane (I almost died) and MATSOD had a tiny, tiny stage and small crowd which was a little disappointing but also good because I was in the front row! Both worthy to check out live, though.

Fucking great! High energy, small club, I think it was the Let's Talk About Feelings tour, 98. Sounded much better than those 2 clips you posted in the Lagwagon thread. ;)

I was just thinking the same thing.
