im on accutane and i have severely dry lips. ive been reading people's posts on how not to use chapstick and anything with petroleum. C.O. Beigelow's mentha lips shine has saved me! its really cooling and moisturizing and stays put for a really long time. as soon as it wears off my lips can get dry but hey, no lip product can cure dry lips unless you use it all the time. its really cheap and u can get it in many flavors like orange cream and black cherry cola if u dont like minty flavors for like 5 bucks at bath and body works. i think its even better than dr.dan' cortibalm! hope this tip helps!
