I have an Apple IPhone, an Apple IPad and a new Ford with Sync. All three of these platforms have Bluetooth. I was considering buying a Garmin vehicle GPS with Bluetooth. On the other hand, perhaps with the IPhone, IPad and Sync, I don't need the Garmin. Can you advise on how these assets should best be linked for vehicle navigation?
