Yes i,ve got a version of winrar but it only has adda to archive,add to downloads, add to emails.
But it has not got an extract for me to extract.

When i open winrarit has got all the features ontop, like add,extract,test,view,delete,ect.
Butr when i open newslecher downloadsand right click all the files to extract it only comes up with,
Archive,Add to downloads rar, compress and email,compress to downloads and email.
So am i doing something wrong.

Double click on the first rar file. This will either open up winrar - or windows will ask you which program you want to use to open the file. If the latter happens, browse through the list of programs and find winrar. Chose to associate winrar with this type of file in the future.
Once winrar is open all you have to do is hit extract in the tool bar.
You only double click on the first rar file in each file set, not the whole set. There maybe more than one file set per download; in example, an movie that is 2 cd's long. In such case you will click on the first file in the first file set and extract. Then go to the first file in the second file set and extract.
