i hurt my shoulder last august playing football with no pads and at the time i couldnt move it in certain motions. i never had a doctor look at it but i had a trainer look at it. now its almost a year later and i still have a hard lump right past where my collar bone connects to my shoulder and i've noticed that my collar bone sticks out on the injured shoulder side while the other side doesnt. It still gives significant pain especially bench press. I cant bench press anything over 165 without significant pain (i was doing 265 before the injury). Should this get looked at by a doctor?
i'd rather not go to the doctor though because my dad is pissed at my because he has to keep spending money on my injuries- i've gotten a concussion and broken my front teeth in the last month so he's mad at me

also sometimes when i turn my neck in a certain way i feel a burn feeling go down my arm- i've had that for 2 years-
should i have that looked at?
apparently that bump is over the Acromioclavicular joint. whatever that is. i just looked it up

that burning feeling going doing your arm is associated with a pinched nerve and definitely requires medical attention. the collar bone could have been a slight fracture that never got reset to it's proper position and healed improperly. So the excess weight on the bone is giving you the pain. Above all else you need to seek medical attention for all these problems get worse. good luck
