Linda Lee Elrod Poem...?

I saw this beautiful card today when I was shopping. I didn't think to buy it, but the poem really stuck out. I know it was by Linda Lee Elrod, but I can't remember much of it. I know for sure that it wasn't My Love. It was classified as "Troubled Relationships." Anyone know what I'm talking about?
