I have a 92 lincoln towncar 4.6L It has had problems since i bought it. my plugs foul out within weeks of changing them. Car loses power when accelerating. Starts rough and idles rough. My lights dim when my stereo is up half way, I only have a 250 watt amp so it shouldn dim them. My intake where the exhaust gas comes back into the motor was completely clogged an set off the engine light. i cleaned it and the engine light is out but still runs bad. Ive replaced the EGR valve and EGR line. The car does smoke after running awhile at lights our being parked. It has 197,000 some miles so probably the vale seals causing that but that wouldn make my car run this bad would it. I only have one car so I dont have a way to work if I dig into the motor to far. Ive looked a lot on line but cant find anything it could be. Any Ideas???
