I live in a house with my mom, brother and niece. The computer belongs to my mom's but it's more like the family's computer. My niece is too young to use it and my mom rarely logs on. So it's just me and my brother. He hardly ever surfs, he mainly just uses Limewire. Anyway it's making surfing the web really, really slow and that sucks for me. But I can't just remove Limewire (like I did last time) because he'll make a fuss over it and my sister who comes over sometimes will make a fuss too since she also uses it and doesn't want her files deleted. Should I explain to them that it's making the computer slow? Should I go to my mom about this?
