Like the DARK side of the MOON does Mars too have one?

The moon presents the same surface to the earth as it revovles, the dark side is the one we never see from Earth's surface. Mars rotates as it orbits and we can observe all of it's surface in a short amount of time, so it doesn't have a "dark side."
 
The dark side of the moon is a misnomer. The side of the moon that is not visible to the earth receives just as much sunlight as the side that we can see.

The other answers are correct about Mars.
 
it's not tidally locked with anything, if that's what you're asking.

there's always one side that the sun isn't shining on
