lights not working on jeep cherokee?

i installed a radio in my jeep and now the dash lights wont work one headlight works and my rear lights dont work does anyone know what this could be?
and when i turn the running lights on the radio would turn off
 
Taillights dashlights, and interior lights are on the same fuse...

my guess would be, you unhooked a harness while hooking up the radio or distroyed the ground on the dash lights..
don't know about the headlight

first thing...check the fuses...

next take your fist, and give a good bang to the top of the dash above the radio..
then try the same thing above the instruments...
 
Did you check all of your fuses. They are set up so only a few of your lights will go out so if they blow you won't be without any lights at all. That's where I would start.
