We had a big storm in chicago about a month again and ever since then the lights dim in the house everyday, some times they go really low and shut the tv off and reset devices in the house. We had flooding in the basement and the landlord says everything is fine , i call comed and they saif they made a trouble ticket. What can be the cause ?
