lightheadedness, head pressure and seeing flashes of light and big black dots?

Not sure what to really make of this, but it has me worried, I have been feeling off for a few days now, battling strong lightheadedness, but tonight it's gotten more intense, more stronger lightheadedness has sit, with a wave of head pressure like my brain may explode, it doesn't hurt like its a migraine or anything, just pressure, and I've been seeing flashes of light and really big black dots in my eyes, with occasional chest pain, but it's on the right side of my chest, not left, but I feel like I might faint :(

I am not sure what to think of it but I am worried

I am not diabetic, I eat really well, I'm not sure what is causing it
