When I get up from a seated or lying position and start walking 3 or 4 feet I become lightheaded and my gait is off. I have never passed out from it or fallen over. It is like a wosh feeling in my head and my legs feel like jelly, especially my right leg, which move a little funny. I also find the there are times I feel shortness of breath. When I take a deep breath I find the lightheaded unsteady gait comes on. This has been about a month now, but the last 1 1/2weeks is had gotten worse and on a daily bases.
I went the the doctors and my blood work up was fine. I have a Nero apt but it is not for 2 weeks. I am getting concerned.
I do not have a history of illness until the past 3 years. It started with night time heart pals, which went away and only happen for a few months at a time. Then last year I could feel heart beats in my throat mostly when run down, nervious, anxious or cold chills. Now I find that when I take my blood pressure at night it can be quite low in the 90's over 60's, but when I get my blood pressure taken by my doctor or our wellness coach at work it is always normal.
I also find that between my airpit and breast area I feel achy. Also not sure if this is related but my left side abdominal area around to the backside sometime feels tight and slight numb.
One other thing when I move my head to the right side I feel a weird sensation from my calves down to my toes. Mostly in my toes. It does not hurt.
I am worried their is something wrong with my heart. I lead a sedentary lifestyle. I do not feel that this is anxiety or panic attacks.
What could it be medically?
