Lightheaded and Nearly Fainted...

If you don't normally have low blood sugar (I do so I have to pay attention and eat regualrly), it shouldn't be an issue. I went on Weight Watchers a few years back and had an awful time getting settled into foods I could eat that were within my point range and that also had enough protein or carbs to keep the sugar up. Now it's not a problem but I just didn't realize what would happen.

Ah, well I know that when I had bloodwork done a few months back I was fine on everything. Maybe the anesthetic is just coming out of me at a bad time or something? Or maybe my symptoms will just get better if I eat a little healthier?
