Lightbox not working properly with external html loaded into div?

Hi there! I'm working on a website where I have an index page and all content pages are separate html pages. These pages are called into a div on the index using javascript:loadcontent on the links. One of these pages contains photos/videos which should be called up via a lightbox (fancybox?). Unfortunately, this works the first time you click the link, but if you click to another page and then come back to the photo/video page the lightbox no longer works. Any insight? I'm fairly new to javascript/jquery so I'm assuming its a problem related to that or the load function?
