I have tried almost all benzoyl peroxide products, salicylic acid products, Epiduo, and some other over the counter stuff. I looked at light therapy such as ANSR Beam for the solution to my moderate-severe acne. I don't want to use Acne pills because I'm just not into those kind of things. I was wondering if it works well for my skin type and if its worth $150 to $400 for these type of products.
Thanks.

I totally agree. I don't like taking drugs. Accutane is horrible for your body and taking pills like tetracycline is ridiculous because you are taking an anti-biotic for acne, lol. I started taking this supplement that is a pill that is a mix of vitamins, minerals, and an amino acid that works great for me. It is called Acnetame.

Does Acnetame have any clinical research before I go and buy something I've never heard of ?
And has anybody tried TRIA or ANSR Beam or light therapy for acne?
Thanks

Thanks for the information. I'll try it.
But I can't say I'm still not curious if light can actually treat acne. Any information, please post...
