Light headed & pale

Thanks for the reply ibake&pray. I think my bloody pressure has always been on the low side. I'm not sure if this is the case everywhere but here in the UK doctors don't really take much notice over low blood pressure and concentrate their efforts on high blood pressure. As silly as this sounds due to my anxiety my bloody pressure often goes up whenever I have been tested in the past as I get stressed out so it is probably lower than people assume. Is there anything I can do on my own to increase blood pressure? Also why do I not feel light headed when I'm running, playing sport etc? Why only walking?

Thanks :)
