I'm a 30 yr old male and I've been experiencing a feeling of light headedness almost all the time now. It started about 4 months ago and it would come and go. Since then I have it really all the time. I have also had times where I've had shortness of breath (usually in the am) and heart palpitations here and there. I haven't had any pain anywhere and I'm not having any confusion or anything. I search these symptoms online and anxiety comes up a lot. I did lose my dad to colon cancer around the same time these symptoms started. I wonder if that difficult time could've triggered some type of anxiety. The thing is I'm not depressed and although I obviously miss my dad I don't feel upset about it a lot anymore. I do think I have anxiety now maybe even on top of something else, because I am nervous to drive with these light headed feelings and a lot of times I feel really nervous and anxious driving. I'm getting some blood work done this week. Anyone else feel this way or have any comments?
