I recently bought a 92 Dodge Dakota from a friend. It has a V6 and is only 2 wheel drive. I'm just going to use the truck as a back-up and recreational vehicle. I'm looking to lift it a little bit, maybe 2 or 3 inches. I'm wondering how much it would cost me and whats the best and most cost efficient way of lifting it? Would new shocks or leaf springs lift it at all? I have access to my High Schools auto-shop and have a pretty good mechanical background.
