I had someone tell me i could,lift my truck a little by the torsion bars..Can this be done and how?

yes you will get 2 inches the kit for the rear is about 40 for the u bolts and block then go to the shop and get a alighntment for about 55

well it depends if its a s10 yes one man can but if its anything bigger then that then no you cant .

assuming u have a torsion bar front suspension...u need to know how it works. the bar's run front to back...at the front they attach at the lower control arm and is not adjustable, but where they anchor controls how much twist (lift) you set. this will just lift the front of the truck, for the rear install leaf spring spacers...then take it to a good shop and get it aligned. higher center of gravity so be careful and g-luck

yeah you can lift the front up alittle but it messes your camber all up. buy you suspension lift or body lift.
