I have only just discovered this, I caught the last few minutes of it on E4 last night. I have managed to secure the first season and am in the middle of the Pilot and I am really enjoying it so far. Has anyone else been watching it?
 
Iv been watching this on E4... i wasnt that impressed at first, but i really loved last weeks!! looking forward to watching the one tree hill crossover (when its eventually on tv here!!)

its funny,i had a teenage crush on shiri appelby 10 years ago when she was on roswell and here i am 10 years later and shes still uber hot!

also found myself finding Lux pretty which scared me but luckily shes 20 in real life so im not a bad person!!!!!!!! phew

the story is good though and reminRAB me of party of 5 kinda with a lil dawsons creek thrown in

too bad the ratings are low in US,it doesnt look like it will get a 3rd season :(

i hope e4 go straight into s2 as s1 is only 13 episodes i think
 
I also fealt the connection of Party of Five which I also love (wish they would get around to releasing season 3 on DVD here in the UK) and feel it falls into the same kind of comedy.
 
I caught the pilot quite by accident but found myself really enjoying it. I keep fogetting it's on, so have not been an avid veiwer since. I might 'acquire' the eps I'vem issed though. It is a good show.
 
its worth it,alot of characters past is explained in first 4 episodes so far

it doesnt get repeated i dont think so 7pm e4 and 8pm e4+1 is your best bet on sundays

might be a geek and email e4 about season 2 lol

tonight is a BIG night for LUX in the US,its airing a crossover episode with OTH and i dont think the show will stick around for a new season unless it gets 2m viewers personally:(

Entertainment Weekly says that The CW has now asked for two new scripts. The move suggests that the network is thinking of making a full-season order."

good news,heres hoping they can get a full second season at the VERY least

it got a slight bump for OTH crossover with 1.7m viewers
 
Ive watched the whole first season (a friend aquired the episodes for me :D) & I really loved the show, its a sweet family drama & you don't get many shows like this anymore.

My favourite character is Baze I loved how great he was about taking Lux on without any hesitation. I cant wait for season 2 so my friend is also sending these to me but I do hope E4 picks it up :D
 
yeh i thinkt he reason i like it so much is that TV has changed and we dont get feel good family tv shows anymore,as many have noted on other forums its an old school WB channel sort of tv show like dawsons creek,party of 5,gilmore girls etc

makes a nice change to watch a show that doesnt rely on sex scenes,violence,drugs,obscenities etc....god i sound like an old man lol

still dont hold breath for a 3rd season :(
 
Does anyone else really hate the idea of Cate and Baze being a couple? I don't want to talk about anything that might give any spoilers away as I don't know where everyone is up to but I love Cate and Ryan being with each other (plus I love Kerr Smith as an actor and felt he was under used in Dawsons Creek after series 2), they have so much chemistry.

im on e4 pace and i dont want it to happen right now but wouldnt be opposed it down the line

but i tihnk shes more suited to ryan for sure

i dont like bug.
 
I cant say much cos I dont want to spoil anything but Iam really enjoying seeing Kerr Smith again I loved him as Jack in Dawsons Creek. I actually like Bug (what a name :D) he seems really sweet :)
 
It does seem strange that the last time I saw Shiri in anything she was a lovestruck teenager in Roswell & now shes playing a woman with a lovestruck 16 year old daughter :D
 
I always miss it on E4 but I've caught up online and so far I am loving it.
I have such a crush on Baze and Ryan but I agree with whoever said Ryan and Cate should stay together because they're so cute.
I wish they had put it on in a better timeslot and advertise it more though. So many people are probably missing out.
 
yeh i only caught the premiere by accident and then sky plused it on e4+1

consdiering OTH gets 500k viewers each week for e4 im surprised they didnt give LUX a 9pm slot on a weekday and see it how it fared
