In the new guaranteed coverage for pre-existing conditions, I understand that this is primarily set up to handle health insurance. My question is this: Does anyone have information on whether or not a person with a pre-existing will be guaranteed LIFE INSURANCE coverage? Thank you...
 
On the Obama Healthcare plan? the answer is 'yes' for health insurance

Life insurance is not on the table with Obama's plan. So it depends entirely on life insurance carriers and not everyone would. If anyone did, you'd probably pay more.
