well it all started about 3 years ago when i got transverse myelitis.

Transverse myelitis is a neurological disorder caused by inflammation across both sides of one level, or segment, of the spinal cord. The term myelitis refers to inflammation of the spinal cord; transverse simply describes the position of the inflammation, that is, across the width of the spinal cord. Attacks of inflammation can damage or destroy myelin, the fatty insulating substance that covers nerve cell fibers. This damage causes nervous system scars that interrupt communications between the nerves in the spinal cord and the rest of the body.
Because of this i could not walk or use my hands for anything while in the hospital. Before this happened i was a really fast runner and could do all sorts of hand stands and stuff! Now i can't even open my hands barely. Now i don't use a wheelchair or anything like that, im pretty normal like everyone on the outside. When i was in 6th grade i was the slowest runner and when i ran i felt like i was going to fall and sometimes i did because my legs wore out for a second. I'm scared to go back to school because of this and i dont want it to happen again. I want to make myself stronger and be able to actually hi 5 people when they ask.
I'm not asking anyone to feel sorry for me, i just want to know how i can make myself better and stronger.
I also love dancing and crap like that, i lift weights at my school gym sometimes which is pretty easy but my muscles are really tight!
