Hi, thinking of enlisting soon. Question is plan is to do the required eight years, and complete my service. Two questions one is re-enlistment do you have to serve again for the full eight years before of active and IRR? Also changing ratings within the military. How hard is to do that as an enlisted personal, and a officer? Thanks for the feedback.
