Life as an Army Officer in Aviation/Armor/Artillery/Engineer/Ordnance?

After completing ROTC with a degree in Aerospace Engineering, what would life like be as an officer in any of these branches?
Isn't there a branch within engineering open only to those with engineering degrees?

Your degree honestly doesn't matter. I majored in History with 1 SEMESTER of math and I was branched Engineers. They'll teach you everything you need to know at your BOLC. Maybe once you're in the Army for a while you'll be able to do something specific to your degree, but not initially...just look up info on these branches and you will have an equal opportunity to do any of the jobs that are specific to the branch.
