life after the military?

im joining the army or air force rotc program at my college. i want to be an mp or security force but i want to kno which will give me the best experience better leadership skills, so when i leave the military i will get a nice federal job. i also wanted to kno as a military officer will you get better jobs, will you still have to start a entry level even with yrs in service. if did understand the question i mean after u serve 6 yrs in the military as an officer will you still have to strart entry level with a federal agency. thanks for your help and plz no disrespectful answers
