Navy Girlfriend

So my boyfriend is a GM in the Navy. I am worried though about what type of job he could get after he gets out? Any suggestions? Any suggestions on what changes he should make to his rate to further his military experience and get him a job when he gets out? Or any quals he should be sure to get in order to further his chances? Is an officer package do-able?
