LG Xenon submerged in powerade now rice trick wont even start it up?

Hi, my friend had my lg xenon in his bag while we were running down a snowhill. The phone got submerged in powerade in his bag for up to 5 minutes while it was in his bag. I managed to turn it on 3 times but it turns itself off. I managed to send a text and play a weakened audio. Whenever i press the end button the phone vibrates furiously. All the parts are sitting here drying so far. Can you guys help? I put it in rice 3 hours after when i learned about it for 12 hours and now the phone isnt even starting up
